This house is beautifully finished with granite, hardwood, and tile throughout. The interior has been professionally designed and furnished. All living areas and 3 of the 5 primary bedrooms are gulf front. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, DVD players, and their own beautifully tiled bathrooms. All have views of the beach from the bedroom or from their attached decks. A recent upgrade has provided Good Vibrations with inside stairs to the main living area from the carport.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
