While the owner was great to communicate with I was disappointed in the building and the area in whole. The building seemed to be older and needed a little tlc. The condo was nicely updated though. I did like all of the shops that were in walking distance. But I’m general we weren’t impressed with the area in a whole. A little further of a walk to the beach and once we got there the beach made our feet very black and couldn’t find a shower to rinse our feet/legs off with. We wouldn’t go back there but not because of the condo just the general area.

North Forest Beach is our new favorite

We came back to our childhood home town. Visit my brother and enjoy HHI. The owner was the best at communicating. Prompt responding and so kind. What else would you expect from the low country folks. Hospitality is the definition of the South. The pool was clean and not o we crowded. Just a handful of friendly people. Yes, the Lagoon has alligators but never came close to the banks. We’d stay here again!

Hi, my name is Amanda. My husband, Nick, love being able to rent out our condo for others to enjoy. We really enjoy connecting with guests and doing our very best to make their experience memorable. We love all that Hilton Head Island has to offer, especially the golf courses, food and great beaches!

Nick and I lived in Savannah for 4 years and we found ourselves always coming to Hilton Head Island on the weekends. We specifically fell in love with this property because of its great location. We love the short walk to the beach and also being able to have two bedrooms. We take our kids to celebration park daily when we are staying at the condo. The family loves walking over to Coligny Plaza and grabbing dinner or an ice cream cone. We love how secluded the property feels yet it is right in the heart of the “downtown” of Hilton Head.
