This two-bedroom, two-bath golf villa has all the comforts of home. When you enter this condo, you will first see the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The spacious living room and dining room offer all the comforts to make your stay worthwhile.

In the master, you will find a king-sized bed and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds in it and is attached to the second bathroom. You will also find a beautiful balcony right outside of the living room area overlooking the Myrtlewood golf course. Imagine sitting on the enclosed porch early in the morning just as the sun rises, having a hot cup of coffee.

The Magnolia Place complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your “to-do” list while vacationing. There are shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, kiddie rides, and even an upside-down house next door.

If shopping pleases you, within minutes of the Magnolia complex, you can visit Tanger Outlets, the Coastal Grand Mall, and hundreds of beach stores and boutiques. The beach is only five minutes away!

Best Rental Experience Ever!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience with Palmetto Vacation Rentals. Everything from the beginning was smooth. The unit was very clean and the location and ambiance were great!!!

Disappointment.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband booked this family trip for my Birthday and soon as we arrived we noticed how dirty the carpet was. This wasn't normal wear and tear, it had food and other stans throughout. The place was dirty. My hubby quickly called the office who had housekeeping come over. Joy was very concerned and nice. She was the manager and her assistant came. They had cleaning materials and attempted to clean spots out of the carpet. Soon as they left I saw the bathtub had a ring in it!!!!! The balcony had a remnants of a blunt wish ashes. I called the manager back. At this point I am so frustrated and feel my vacation with my family is starting off not so great. Oh, there was a box of furniture sitting in the dining room taking up half the space. A nice gentleman came and put it together. We didn't use the kitchen because there was trash in the pantry, crumbs on the dishes and in the drawers. The Manager said she didn't get to check the place before we checked in because she was taking care of a bad tire. Things happen. I work in property management but to charge so much money and not give a clean rental is not acceptable. So in summary we were very disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere during my next visit to myrtle beach.
