This two-bedroom two-bath home is steps away from the ocean in the quiet community of Sunny Beach, but just minutes from the Island's best attractions including Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, and more!


Take in the wonderful sights and soothing sounds of the Gulf right outside your doorstep. 


You'll love the large private deck with its relaxing views of the beach. Listen to the waves as you sip on your morning coffee or favorite glass of wine. Here, you can put your mind at ease.


The beach is less than a minute's walk away. You can easily walk to the beach thanks to the community path that takes you right to it.


Inside the home, take a load off in the lovely living room with a big comfy couch. Watch your show or catch the big game on the large cable TV.


The open-concept space flows right into the adorable dining area.


The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space. It also includes a bread holder, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, knife set, cutting boards, dishwasher, and large sink.


The 2 bedrooms are extremely comfortable and ever-so-charming, both with queen beds and lovable decor that matches the nostalgic style found throughout the home. The comfy living room couch pulls out to a very comfortable full bed.


When its time to get cleaned up, you'll have plenty of space in the two roomy bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a shower / tub combination and the 2nd bathroom has a floor to ceiling shower.

Home away from home
This Beach home was a very sweet home away from home. It was perfect for me and my husband and 2 precious grandbabies. Place was quiet and our trip was very relaxing. Home is literally a few steps from the beach. We didn’t have one thing to complain about Very nice area and police patrol daily around the area which keeps any trouble away from this area. Great homes surrounding this sweet beach house as well which is a plus. I give this home a 10 out of 10 hands down. Look forward to staying here again

Amazing location!
The Beach house was a great place to stay. Just a block off the beach! Smallish, but ideal for 2. We each had our own bed and bath. Checkin was a little difficult as we couldn't find the box, but someone was available to point it out where to find it when we called. Though it was clean, it could use a little TLC on the interior. For the location though it was a good deal for the money.

Cute House / Great Location
You cannot beat the location.it was very quiet and steps from the beach. Only had on night when someone was playing loud music; we are not sure where it was coming from since there is beach access nearby that you can drive on so it may have come from a parked car. This location puts you 10 to 15 minutes from everything so was perfect for us. The house is cute but there were several things that we found disappointing The entrance door needs to be replaced or at least painted, the only coffee maker is a kurig and there were no pods there to at least make a few cups of coffee, sofa is not placed directly across from tv so it is uncomfortable to watch tv; there is plenty of room to move it. We landed up sitting on the floor. Beds and bedding are uncomfortable and main bedroom bed is not sturdy. Kitchen had spots of grease but rest of house was clean. It is very nicely decorated with some vey nice furniture.

Wish it was closer to the water. I can't walk to far without being in pain, because of hip and leg. Next year I will book a house beachfront.
