Second stay here!

It was our second time staying at this cabin and it was just as great as the first time. You cannot beat the location, layout is comfortable, and we had everything we needed to accommodate our family. Can’t wait to go back.

This location has a nice feeling of being tucked away thanks to lava rocks surrounding part of the house and a wood on the other side.

Duck Creek’s best kept secret

We had a great stay at the cabin. What I particularly liked is that it’s very close to the village but completely private so we were able to have our motorcycles and all our gear and really enjoy our weekend with safety and privacy. The cabin is nicely, equipped with plenty of room for friends and family. Would highly recommend!!

LOTS of Snow!

Beautiful secluded quiet property that was perfect for hosting my family of 10! Owner is very flexible and helped allow an early check-in. We got about 4’ of snow the 3 days we were there, lots of hills on the property to play outside for my kids and have fun sledding!

Location is unbeatable

We had so much fun at the cabin. The property is right near the village yet offers the seclusion we were looking for. The living area is very comfortable and offers 4 recliners, perfect for a movie night. The large dinning table seats 8, which allowed for a great game night! The host was very responsive as well. I wish we stayed longer. We would definitely book this cabin again!

Perfect Getaway

Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway in April. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dining/living room area especially the large windows. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the kitchen and the table was large enough for us to sit together and eat as well as play games. We watched a movie in the living room and all of us had a comfy spot. A snow/rain storm came in on our first night and the temperatures dropped, but the pellet fireplace kept the whole place warm, so much so we had to turn it off. We loved how secluded the house was as well. We couldn't see or hear any other neighbors. We would definitely recommend staying here and would book it again.

Nice place, fantastic owner.

We stayed three nights, and found the cabin to be delightful. We had a special request for the owner-- and Jeff went out of his way to accommodate-- even drove up in person to help us out. Above and beyond the call. We were there in early April during the snowiest year (maybe on record). There was a TON of snow, but the driveway was clear (clearer than the roads in town-- def make sure you have a 4WD in snow season). We went to Bryce from here as well as Brian Head. Centrally located for both. Beds were comfortable, streaming TV was easy to use. Well appointed. Thanks!!!

Great secluded cabin

My family and I really enjoyed this cabin. Pros: Good communication with the host Was able to check in a bit early Beautiful/clean cabin Great location Lots of sleeping space and comfortable recliners Cons: ( nothing that's upsetting but something that I would change in this rental) Have a washer or at least a dryer available. Playing in the snow few times a day our gloves and clothes needed to dry. Have simple condiments in the kitchen. There was coffee which was great , but no sugar or creamer. Maybe tea? Our family stay in about 3-6 rentals a year so every host is different. I've seen full packed kitchens . Definitely not expecting that much but a few necessary items would be a nice touch. Overall GREAT time in this cabin. Again, two things mentioned above were not negative comments but rather suggestions.

Mice inside the house

Not sure if the other reviews are friends and family but this is a 1/10 property. During our stay we had mice running around inside the house on the furniture and on our beds. Mice droppings in the corners. Disgusting. The marmots outside ripped our trash bags open and scattered it everywhere because there are NO TRASH CANS. Door code didn’t work on check in. There was no propane so we had to fill it ourselves. Pull out couch had old linens still on it (with crumbs inside GROSS). For $500/night I would expect more. Host could care less and had the nerve to charge us extra for damages because we didn’t “hand wash the dishes and put the board games back”. Didn’t find out until a week later when they charged my card and I contacted support. Real class act this guy. Take that damage deposit and hire an exterminator you crook.

Comfortable stay!My husband and I stayed on main level master bedroom with ensuite and son and wife were downstairs with 6 children. It fit us all very well. Location nice and secluded. Fishing great on Navajo Lake. Grandson caught his first Tiger Muskie! Walked through Mammoth Cave and went horseback riding. Great memories were made!

Fantastic cabin!

Very private, clean, and beautiful. It has a lovely wrap around deck nestled in the pine trees and quaking aspens. Everything worked, had all the appliances we needed, it has a great floor plan and had enough room for all 10 of us to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Family getaway

Everything about this property was great! The host allowed us to arrive early and assured everthing was ready for us. The cabin is great and all the beds are comfy. We all brought side by sides on trailers and were able to park them on the property. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again! Thanks for an amazing place to stay!
