- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit (with the max of $500 per stay) on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$32/night/unit plus tax will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate. Guests will now have access to the facilities at our sister property, Sherry Frontenac, including the swimming pool, gym, spa, and restaurant. Additionally, our hotel will offer a daily free Happy Hour at its onsite restaurant, The Tavern, for two registered guests per room from 5:00–6:00 PM.

Each 216sf unit features:

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:

- Swimming pool;
- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool;
- On-site restaurant and bar;
- ATM/cash machine on site;
- No Elevator at the property;
- Up to 2 dogs allowed for $250 non-refundable pet fee per room per stay, 25lbs max. Pets must be accompanied at all times;

PARKING:
There is no on-site parking. However, convenient parking options are available nearby:
- Limited Self-Parking (Off-Site): $34 per 24 hours via the ParkMobile app (surcharge applies during special events). Located at the address in the confirmation letter.
- Street Parking: Metered spots are available along the street through the ParkMobile app, with fees that may vary.
- Public Parking Lots: Additional paid options can be found on the City of Miami Beach website.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Housekeeping team will only clean the rooms before the arrival and at check-out time (and upon request);
- For any amenities needed such as extra towels or soap please approach the hotel front desk;
- Luggage storage is currently unavailable.

NOTE: Reservations which have not been canceled or modified prior to the cancellation period will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax penalty. Reservations which have not been canceled, and which are not consumed, will be considered “no-show” and will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax no-show penalty. Hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation periods based on business demands and will notify in a prompt manner.
