Minutes from the beach and Galveston attractions, create memories with family and friends! Relax by the fire pit, grill, or enjoy movie nights. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry add convenience. Pick any of the three rooms to rest your head at night. You will be sure to sleep comfortably and peacefully. Settle in and enjoy island life.

Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 8 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn!

Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Step inside and be greeted by a coastal-chic living space, perfect for family movie nights. The fully-stocked kitchen is ideal for whipping up family breakfasts, and the spacious dining area is perfect for gathering together. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor.

Head upstairs to find the bedrooms. The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Down the hall, another room offers a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, while the last room boasts a queen bed with twin bunk beds.

The backyard provides a serene escape, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature's beauty. Gather around the fire pit, grill up some burgers, or simply relax and soak in the sights and sounds. This tranquil oasis is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
