Welcome to The EaSo Nomad Stay! Designed for WFH professionals and healthcare workers, this cozy home is centrally located within the inner loop. Enjoy utmost tranquility and safety, with high security and ample parking. Just 15 mins to hospitals and corporations, and 5 mins to shops, bars, and restaurants. Spacious storage, 2 office desks, and newly remodeled in September 2022.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
- 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing privacy and featuring spacious walk-in closets.
- 2 desks specifically designed for WFH professionals.
- Convenient 2-car garage.
- There are 2 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (1 on the exterior side of the front door and 1 on the exterior side of the garage). There is no recording device in the interior of the house.
- Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a comfortable pullout sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests with a maximum capacity of 5.
- Enjoy high-speed internet access throughout your stay.
- A 55" smart TV is available for easy connection to various movie apps.
- Washer and dryer machines are provided within the unit.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, and an initial toiletry starter kit will be provided for your convenience.
- Breathe easy with the installation of a true HEPA filter in the AC system, reducing airborne contaminants such as allergens, smoke, dust, odors, and respiratory viruses (including COVID-19).
- Six ultrasonic pest repellers are strategically placed throughout the unit, combating pests that may be encountered due to Houston's humid climate.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Enjoy the convenience of a keyless smart lock and a seamless self check-in process at the front door. An individualized code will be provided to each guest upon their arrival date.
- Two designated parking spots are available in the garage located at the back of the house. Additionally, abundant street parking is conveniently accessible right in front of the house.
- The remote control for the garage is conveniently placed by the garage door on the ground floor.

- To ensure a secure and trustworthy environment, all guests are required to have their government ID verified by VRBO and provide a profile photo prior to booking.
- Once your booking is confirmed, a separate message will be sent to you containing the Wi-Fi password, general guidelines, and recommendations for local attractions.
- We kindly request that you respect our non-smoking policy. Smoking, including the use of medical cannabis, is only permitted outdoors. Please be aware that a $500 cleaning fee will be imposed for smoking inside the property, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
- For parking, please use the designated area and refrain from parking in the driveway at the back or on the left side of the house, even temporarily.
- Towels will be provided according to the number of guests and the duration of your stay. Should you require additional towels, please feel free to utilize the washer and dryer available.
- We have a restrictive pet policy in place. For any potential case-by-case situations, please contact the host directly. The pet fee may vary depending on the length of your stay. Bringing a pet without prior approval from the host will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
- Our house is situated in a quiet and safe residential area, making it unsuitable for parties or large gatherings. We kindly request that you observe quiet hours after 10 PM and be respectful of our neighbors.

- Self check-in to the property is facilitated through the use of an access code provided for the smart lock at the front door.
