For those who like the surf and sand, Fenwick Island beach is just a short walk or ride away using the two provided bicycles. Fenwick Island State Park Boat Ramp is four miles away, so bring plenty of sunscreen for your days on the water.

This three-story getaway boasts nautical decor and plenty of modern amenities to ensure the utmost comfort during your visit. Brew up that perfect cup of morning coffee or prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather for mealtimes or rainy day games and puzzles at the nearby table, or step outside onto your furnished deck for an alfresco dining experience with the aid of your gas grill. Outside, you can watch for birds, turtles, and other marine life from one of three balconies overlooking the water.

This home also includes a comfortable and sunlit living area with a gas fireplace for chilly winter nights and a TV for evening channel surfing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
