Wonderful host, great communication and most importantly took good care of us. Beautifully decorated home with sophisticated and whimsical art and furnishings; felt more like a home (w/family photos) and less like a rental. Upon request, the host Julie made sure the stairlift was in working order for my elderly MIL which we were grateful for. Two parking spots in driveway plus street parking. Backyard was beautiful though we didnā€™t use it. Tip: after we turned the thermostat up on a chilly night, the upstairs bedrooms turned out to be too warm, so we adjusted the next night and we were fine.

Great house for this family of four visiting Santa Rosa. Great kitchen where we cooked most of our meals over five nights. Centrally located to all sorts of local and not so local activities. Backyard beautiful!

Very pleasant home

This is a really nice place. I loved the family pictures-they made me want to meet the people in the pictures.Very quiet location. Very clean and well maintained.Excellent spot!

Memorable Santa Rosa Stay

We visited from S. CA and met up with family for the weekend. What an absolutely wonderful experience in this very charming and beautifully decorated home with plenty of room for everyone. The house has so much character and was so clean and very comfortable. Her special welcoming touches included hand written notes to make us feel at home, a bottle of wine, plenty of thick plush towels, quality soaps in the bathrooms and the serene atmosphere of both the home and the backyard. Each morning, we walked in the neighborhood and also stumbled across a park and a very close plaza with both a Subway, a small market and restaurants and a Starbucks. The host was so quick with answering any questions and very flexible with our travel arrangements. We greatly appreciate the sincere and generous hospitality! We would love to revisit this area and definitely would stay here in the future.

Great location and Accommodations

We were a group of O65 soccer players who came for a weekend tournament. The accommodations were above expectations. Plenty of towels, including extras for the hit tub, two styles of coffee makers, condiments and beautifully decorated! Look forward to another stay.

This home was so welcoming and cozy. It met all of our needs in every way. It is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and welcomes you to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night. We were here for a wedding so we were busy, and in-and-out all day. I would love to come back and stay again just to relax and explore more of the surroundings.

Fantastic Property

Needed a place to stay for a weekend wedding ... found this gem and was pleasantly surprised as the place is even nicer than the online photos! The hosts maintain this property very well and we were very happy to have a nice place to come "home to" after our wedding festivities.

What a Great Place!

Absolutely perfect location for our Santa Rosa area winery tours. More highly rated wineries within 20 minutes than we could take in over our long weekend. Easy to find, parking for two cars in the driveway and more street parking if needed. The house itself is lovely, and our group of six found it comfortable and plenty spacious. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, one could easily stay for extended periods snd feel right at home. Master suite and bathroom are huge, and beds were all reported as very comfortable. We all agreed that this is the nicest rental any of us have ever stayed in. Julie, thanks for sharing your home!

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay at the property and Julie was a fantastic host! The check-in process was seamless and the home had anything and everything we could think of to make it enjoyable. There were also many small details that made us feel so welcomed in her home. As for the location, it is very close to downtown Santa Rosa and so many great things to do. Beautiful House!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in the wine country! The house was very clean and had all the supplies we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking meals on the grill and using the beautiful patio. The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting area in the evenings. Julie was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions immediately.

Great Rainy Stay

Had a great time in Sonoma County this weekend. Despite the rain had some fun outings and this house was perfect distance to so much. The house was also a great rainy day house so many games and books to keep us entertained, and I know I canā€™t say no to a hot tub in the rain! Thanks again!

Beautiful spacious house

We loved the well appointed kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Master suite was very nice. Lots of room to spread out, and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The backyard was beautiful - too bad it was too rainy to enjoy it much. Our host left helpful information, and we enjoyed the board games and cards. A great stay!

Excellent for family visits

The pictures donā€™t do it justice was my first thought. This is a lovely house and exceptionally clean. It was so clean that even with the wall to wall (white) carpets upstairs, my allergies did not bother me. You can tell itā€™s a family home of which the host is proud. We enjoyed it very much, and it was a good location for connecting with family in Petaluma. The host is very responsive to questions and does her best to resolve issues promptly.

Wonderful suburban home

The house is lovely. Quiet neighborhood (except for the dog next door...) and large enough for a group to split up into different rooms for different activities. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, implements, and spices and condiments. There are books and games everywhere. My only concern is with bringing children to this house. There are many little knick-knacks all around. They are very cute, but also tempting to small fingers.
