Dit huis kon niet meer verbluffend zijn! Oorspronkelijk een 19e-eeuwse mijnwerkerscabine waarin tot 13 mensen in één gezin waren ondergebracht, heeft dit huis een transformatie ondergaan als geen ander. Met 3 luxe verdiepingen zijn de details overweldigend. Van de moderne gastronomische keuken tot het ongelooflijke gebruik van teruggewonnen hout in huis, tot de gezellige en luxueuze mediaruimte. Deze accommodatie is de perfecte plek om tijd door te brengen in Crested Butte.

Bij binnenkomst van het huis voelt u een gevoel van warmte en comfort. De meubels zijn van de beste kwaliteit en u zult vele uren doorbrengen met alleen het gezelschap van familie en vrienden rond de gashaard. Het hoofdniveau van het huis is verankerd door de aangepaste wenteltrap die door het midden van het hele huis loopt en een kunstwerk op zich is! Het open gevoel van de plattegrond leent zich voor entertainment en de gastronomische keuken met Wolf-assortiment en Sub-Zero koelkast kan de grootste familie maaltijden of af en toe een middernachtsnack aan! Zorg ervoor dat je een kijkje neemt op het kookeiland met de unieke vloeibare metalen top. Naast de keuken is een verwarmde garage voor uw voertuig of al het vele speelgoed dat een persoon nodig heeft in Crested Butte!

Boven vindt u 2 grote slaapkamers met gewelfde plafonds en kingsize bedden. In beide kamers zijn de dakramen zo geplaatst dat u in bed kunt liggen en naar een perfect omlijst Mt. Crested Butte! Tussen de slaapkamers zijn 2 complete badkamers, een met een fantastische stoomdouche! Op het lagere niveau van het huis, vindt u een grote slaapkamer met 2 queensize bedden en een complete badkamer met een bad en douche. De wasruimte met gloednieuwe wasmachine en droger bevindt zich aan de gang en aan het einde van de hal bevindt zich de mediaruimte met de meest luxueuze bank waarin u ooit bent verzonken. De HD Sony TV en volledige mediaconsole met surround sound is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en een film te kijken nadat je hebt genoten van alle buitensporten die Crested Butte te bieden heeft. Er is ook een ligbad met stoomdouche uit de mediaruimte, zodat er nooit een gevecht voor de badkamer in dit huis is.

Tijdens de zomermaanden wordt het grote buitenterras een geheel eigen woonruimte. De buitentuinen zijn adembenemend en omlijst door handgesneden plavuizen.

Immaculate, well stocked house, in the perfect location just off Elk Ave. Lots of great hang out spaces inside and out, with plenty of room for people to spread out and have some quiet time if they needed. Definitely would love to come back!

Great location

We loved the convenient location to walk to Elk street to shop, get coffee, go to restaurants. It was nice for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom too.

BEST LUXURY HOME IN CRESTED BUTTE

We loved staying in this historic luxury cabin. The accommodations are top notch. Beds are super comfortable, location one block off Elk, relaxing porch, and plenty of space! We will stay here again.

The Restoration was a perfect stay for 2 families with teens. It is a beautiful home and was comfortable for all of us. The home was very well stocked. We loved the location - we walked to everywhere in the town easily and also walked to the shuttle bus stop for transportation to the mountain for skiing. The host was proactive in communication and made check-in / check-out very easy. No hot tub, but the steam shower felt great after each day on the mountain. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect home in town for a large group

Our party of 5 couples stayed in the home in February 2024 and had an excellent stay. We had plenty of space for everyone and the accommodations were top notch! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. And the location in town was close to everything. We were one block from the bus stop to get to the ski hill. The steam showers were a plus at the end of day of skiing.

Relaxation at it’s Best

Beautiful historical home with plenty of space to gather and plenty of places to hideaway. All of the bedrooms are equally stunning and have their own bathroom. And, the house is quiet. People can get up at different times and don’t have to worry about waking anyone up. And, the best is its location to town. Can’t imagine there is a better place to stay.

Spring Break

This property worked very well for us for a spring break home. We knew we wanted to stay in town for location and one person who did not ski. Bus shuttle was very easy and close to the home. The downstairs den and TV room along with the bedroom with two queen beds worked well for older kids. Would recommend this home

Crested Butte Spring Break trip

I have been to Crested Butte many times over the last 40 years and stayed at many places. The Restoration was the best accommodations ever. The location right at downtown made walking convenient for all our shopping, dining, and grocery needs. The home has a first class kitchen, steam showers in 2 of the baths and all the utensils, pots, pans, and counter space to make meal preparation easy. We found the home to be quiet, and with sleeping areas on upper and lower floors, allowed for plenty of room for everyone. We highly recommend, we plan on staying again.

I believe that the "misinformation" you are referring to is the fact that you had assumed due to the size of the home that you could have 13 people in the property which was over occupancy and not allowed. Wonderful family vacation!

This house was perfect! Our whole family, which now consists of four adult couples and two babies, had plenty of room. Everyone had their own roomy, comfortable space and a bathroom. The gathering area on the mail floor was also spacious and had great views from every window. The kitchen is well stocked. This was our first stay in town - not on the mountain and we loved being close to so many restaurants and shops. We don't rent a vehicle when we come so access to everything by bus or walking was perfect. We will stay here again!

Great property

This is a great house. It was immaculately clean on our arrival. It has high end appliances and other features. The outdoor space is perfect for kids and adults. Main Street and all its restaurants is a block away. Hiking trails start at the top of the street. There is a lot of nice furniture and paintings which limits where kids can safely play. Only complaint was the beds which are a little soft and worn. Also know that there is no AC.

This home was more than we imagined from the photos. I have never had a vacation rental so thought out on everything you could need or want for your stay. We had 8 adults and an infant and everyone felt like they could go off to their own space when needed and gather on the main floor, porch and different sitting areas. The kitchen was so well stocked (even baby spoons and bottle drying rack). The details of decor and feel of the home was so special. We truly felt like we were on vacation. We love being in town and this was a 2-3 minute walk to any restaurant or shop. We love CB and hope to stay here when we can. 100 percent would recommend. Cleanliness: A - immaculate, Beyond words. Beds and linens - incredibly comfy. None of us wanted to leave and loved our stay in this home. 100.

Together - and yet somehow separate

When your traveling with friends and family, you don’t all go to bed and get up at the same time. The unique floor plan of this house allows people to gather and to sleep. And most homes have one great Master Suite with “all other” bedrooms being tier 2. This place offers great sleeping choices and privacy for up to 4 couples. Bring a few friends, split the cost, and this place is a great deal. It’s in town, so it’s close to all the great restaurants and town activities, but air’s at the edge so it’s quiet. And the Lower Loop and other local hikes are right outside the front door. Clearly our favorite place in CB.
