Rooms nice, property is outdated and a little smelly. Is really beachfront and has beach access. The walls are thin so you can definitely hear neighbors but overall great price for the stay! DO NOT EAT AF GIIVANNIAS POZZERIA

The room we rented was everything we could have needed. It was supplied with all the utensils, hair dryer, bath towels, beach towels and even a cozy blanket for cool nights in the room. Love that it had a full size fridge. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding for a resort. The room looked as pictured on the listing and was very clean. The only downfall to this is the resort itself I feel is a little old and dated but I think it could be a really beautiful resort with a little work to it. Not the owners fault. Also the parking lot could use some lights. The beach was lovely and we had great weather for our stay. Would recommend the oyster pub for dinner if looking for good oysters.

The perfect place for comfort and relaxation. Everything was great- host, cleanliness, comfortable beds, amenities, and view of ocean.

Our stay was wonderful! The view was amazing! Such a cute comfy place. Was able to drive on the beach and find a spot to relax with hardly anyone around. Was able to visit the one outdoor pool for a little bit until the rain came through and the we switched to the indoor pool. Room was clean and tidy. Only thing noticeably dirty was the balcony space since the local pigeons have made nests under the ac vents. Not a a huge problem though being an animal lover myself. There was a brand new baby on the balcony below who was so cute. Sad the storm came through here and destroyed so much but the repairs are coming along quite nicely. Will definitely return here in the future.

It’s such a perfect location and everything was so clean when we got there. Everything was easily accessible and the shops weren’t too far down the main road. We would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place to stay right by the beach and short driving distances to bars and restaurants. Melodie was awesome and easy to get in touch with. The people working there were also so friendly and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

I really liked the room and the view. The location is very convenient since it is across the street from a restaurant and shopping. The beach is beautiful. They are in the process of redoing the elevators which is good since the one that was primarily available was very shabby. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Perfect couples get away

This studio was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing anniversary get away. Right on the beach and stores are close by too. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time here for our girls trip. The location is about 2 miles from the Daytona nightlife but there are some nice restaurants to eat at within walking distance. The hotel in which the condo is located is under what looks like to be slow renovations so we were a little shocked at first. If you are looking for a quiet place on the beach this is definitely the place to come.
