The space
A mountain retreat, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains just south of downtown Asheville offers a relaxing escape. Our home sits on 4 acres on a private road, with plenty of mountain views, and offers nearby access to all that western NC has to offer.

We are located in Asheville, NC just south of downtown.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including spices and oils and condiments. Our dining room is adjacent to the kitchen or dine outdoors on the covered deck!

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Enjoy the views from the covered deck, comfortable seating and dedicated outdoor dining space. Swing by the store and grab your s’mores ingredients, there is a fire pit out back waiting for you after a day full of exploring!

PETS:
We allow up to 2 dogs and charge $20 per stay. Please clean up pet waste inside the fenced in area and around the fire pit, we have provided waste bags.


WILDLIFE:
We have an abundance of wildlife to view on our property. Birds, Butterflies, Lightning bugs, Wild Turkeys, Coyotes, Fox and our neighborhood Black Bear!

DRIVEWAY:
Please note that the driveway is long and gravel mountain driveway. It is typical of mountain homes- you want mountain views, you live on a mountain, so you have a sloped mountain driveway!

There is plenty of parking at the top for 5 cars with an additional space for 2 cars at the bottom. We don’t want anyone to be surprised, your comfort and enjoyment is our #1 priority!!!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You may see us on the property for a minute or two to take care of the trash on Thursday.

Keyless access to the home, you'll have access to the entire home except for owners closet and shed.
