Also upstairs is a bedroom that includes a full sized bed and a twin bed, with an ensuite bathroom.

You have access to the entire place! Enjoy the private, gulf-front patios on both the bottom floor and off of the master bedroom upstairs. Just steps from behind the row of townhomes is beach access for you.

In the heart of 30A! This is unit 7 in a complex of individually owned townhomes right on the Gulf. It is a quiet and family friendly area where you can bike along 30 Avenue to your favorite restaurants, shops, and bars.

There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.

The minimum age to rent is 25, no exceptions. We do not allow pets at this home.
There is no smoking allowed. If we find evidence of smoking you will be charged $500.
