Located within steps of famous Duval Street, this home is an extraordinarily handsome Old Town Estate that offers unparalleled craftsmanship and beautiful architecture. Not only does it come with the finest amenities, but the Estate also has a very rich and interesting history. The home has multiple, expansive porches, electric fireplaces, hardwood floors and 13’ ceilings throughout to give each spacious room a historic elegance. The private property has a 14,700-sf lot that is immaculately manicured, expertly upgraded and in impeccable condition. Designed with indoor/outdoor entertaining and relaxing in mind, you and your family will enjoy a covered outdoor bar and a beautiful pavilion next to the heated pool. Parking in Key West can be quite the luxury, and this home has room inside the gated property for 4 full size vehicles and additional golf carts. As previously mentioned, this is a gated and fenced property with keypad entry for the utmost privacy. This home includes a daily cleaning service that includes the home living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor living spaces, with a deep clean performed once a week. Towels are laundered and restocked daily.
This home comes with a 24-hour onsite Butler that lives on the property in a private, detached carriage house. The Butler duties are as follows:
• Greet guests upon arrival with a refreshing beverage on the grand porch before getting you settled into your rooms
• Acts as the guest liaison for all aspects of your stay
• Anticipates the guests needs by learning preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
• Take inventory and restock home supplies as needed
• Assist guests with the option of bringing in local Chefs for menu ideas and meal preparation
• Daily table settings for evening meals
• Programming the pool system to meet guests needs
• Recommend and arrange amenities/activities for guests including but not limited to excursions, tours, dining, spa visits, fitness, ect.
• Arrange transportation
• Communicate daily with housekeeping, landscaping, pool service and home maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly and maintenance is done at convenient times for guests
• Follow up and confirm arrangements for guests

Best Location & Property in Key West!!!!

Absolutely the best location in Key West!!!!! We've been coming to Key West for a long time and had no idea this house was in the middle of everything! It's right off Duval, and perfectly tucked into a lush landscape. Just a dreamy oasis! The property is flawless... beautiful decor and so well kept! We were welcomed with a drink on the veranda and our bags were taken to our rooms. The outdoor living spaces are perfect! The pool is so nice, we spent the majority of our days there! It is a private, gated property and has lots of parking! It is walking distance to all the best restaurants. This was our favorite vacation we've ever had in Key West and we could not be happier with our stay! It's a great house for kids too! We can't wait to stay there again next year!!!!

Incredible Home, Phenomenal location & Amazing Amenities

The entire stay was the best trip we’ve ever taken! Our large group of friends chose this house because it looked beautiful and spacious in the pictures and it was even more beautiful in person! This home is absolutely fantastic and was entirely what was promised… and more. The house was immaculate inside and out. The numerous bedrooms and outdoor living areas were the key reason for why we chose this house for our group vacation. Every bedroom and living area was beautifully furnished and very large. The pool is large with great privacy and was cleaned by a pool service company twice a week. The onsite butler, which was a nice surprise, comes with the house to take care of all guests needs while on property. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with champagne and rum punch and took care of all our bags. He was quite knowledgeable and always available to help out whether it was to change the colored pool lights, recommend a place to drink or dine and even to capture group photos throughout our stay. By the time we left, he felt like family. It’s a large home, so having the butler and regular housekeepers (who are also included in the rental) made it a real vacation for everyone, especially me! We would definitely stay here again! There is plenty of parking in the driveway, but we found that we walked everywhere and didn’t need as many cars. This home is simply incredible and perfectly located in the heart of Key West …. within walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again and would love to host a family reunion here.
