The Space:
This historical loft apartment is uniquely located in the cultural center of Galveston, right on Broadway Avenue.


It's only 3 minutes to the Historic Seawall, Pleasure Pier, and yes of course, the beach!The famous Moody Mansion is right across the street, while The Strand, Harbor, & downtown Galveston are just 5 minutes away. 


When you step through the bright blue door and into the Broadway Loft, you will feel like you've stepped back in time. With the classic red brick, industrial windows, wooden wall panels, and lots of natural light, this place feels just like an artist's loft in 1960s Manhattan. 


There's room to chill or get creative in the living area, complete with a nice window nook and wide coffee table.


Stretch out on the King-sized bed while you play your favorite film on the large flatscreen. The living room sofa also pulls out to a double bed.


The kitchen is spacious, beautiful, and practical too. There's plenty of room to enjoy a cocktail or two, share a good meal, or just sit and talk at the large eating bar.


The Loft is very close to many of Galveston's finest dining options, but if you feel like whipping something up yourself, you'll have a lot of counter space to work with, as well as a full fridge and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, coffee brewer, and 2-burner stovetop.


The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, glassware, silverware, standard cooking utensils, and it has a dishwasher too.


The bathroom is splendid. It's renovated with a gigantic, glass-door shower finished with modern geometric tiles. You'll love the roomy wooden countertop which provides a lot of space for your toiletries. 


 

In The Area:

Ready for a beach day? You're just 3 minutes away from the water. Also nearby is the Historic Pleasure Pier and Murdoch's, the oldest beach shop and souvenir store in Galveston. 


When its time to go out on the town, you are 5 minutes from the Strand and its many museums, art galleries, shops, and entertainment. The Galveston Harbor district is also close by, which has the best seafood on the Island.


Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn are 13 minutes away. The Broadway Loft is close to everything!
