Share the evening within the impressive 1,500ft² grand room with your own baby grand piano, a new hot tub right outside on the deck, a high end sound system, 12 foot reclaimed wood dining table that comfortably seats 10, along with a secondary table that seats 6. This house affords guests the unique opportunity to both unwind together in luxury, but also split up into groups if desired to enjoy the amenities offered throughout the home. The main entrance provides a billiards table, while the game room includes air hockey, foosball, and a plethora of board games - as well as a movie lounge. Standing desks allow guests to take care of business in comfort and new TVs are included in virtually every bedroom. Moving on to a true chef’s kitchen with cherry cabinets, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a wine cooler, and enough counter space to prepare any kind of meal. The kitchen sits right next to the grand room with a big beautiful opening so you can cook and still be part of the action. Moving onto the bedrooms, there are 8 bedrooms for full privacy and comfort. There is an event barn on the property but it is under construction right now/not available for guests/but will be in the future. There is air conditioning in all the common areas as well as 7/8 bedrooms (either window or portable AC units). Guests can access the whole house and the whole acreage. Located 3 miles from Windham Mountain, there is a paved driveway that will accommodate 10+ cars. Property is professionally cleaned between every customer and hot tub is serviced between every customer as well.
