This is a tropical oasis perfect for lounging in around the private heated pool. The location is fantastic – conveniently near an easy on/off of I-95, making a trip into Miami or Boca Raton a breeze. The area offers the famous Funky Buddha brewery and numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, yet only a few miles from the beach and stunning Las Olas Blvd.

ABOUT
New furnishings, Instagram-able decor and a fully stocked kitchen await inside. The living room is ready for socializing or movie nights with a comfortable sofa that seats five, a side chair and a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare a meal and is open concept, located off the dining room which seats six comfortably. The home has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, sleeping 6 adults comfortably. There are two primary bedrooms with king size beds and the third bedroom offers a wood frame full over full bunk with a twin trundle. All beds are appointed with hotel-quality linens and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a desk with mirror, perfect for working remotely during the day and an additional get-ready space for the evening. There is one fully appointed bathroom with a tub so keep that in mind when deciding on guest count.

Enjoy your time away from the beach as well in the resort-style large, fenced backyard complete with an expansive paved patio, saltwater heated pool with large tanning ledge, LED lighting and lush, tropical foliage. Soak up the sun on four poolside loungers or relax with a crisp beverage on the ample, comfortable seating under the shade of the hard-top pergola. Grill out on the charcoal grill and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in comfort. Show off your amazing vacation with this photo worthy SOFLO retreat. Other amenities include a hammock, cornhole game, large connect four game and pool toys/floats. The swimming pool is to be used at your own risk. Please note there is no child protection gate.

There is a highchair and pack'n'play available as well (must bring linens). Parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway. The kitchen has everything you need including a slow cooker, Ninja blender, full pots/pans set, salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic. We provide you with a starter kit for your stay including: 4 K-Cups, ground coffee, sugars, creamers, 3 dishwasher PODs, 3 laundry PODs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and three rolls of toilet paper.
