You're less than a mile from the emerald waters of the Gulf, and a quick drive away from attractions, shops, and restaurants. Inside, you'll find calming coastal decor, plenty of room to spread out, and all the comforts of home. Whip up tasty meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then dine together at the adjacent table. Relax after a day on the sand with a cold beverage on your covered lanai while the kids play in the large yard, then head inside to the central AC to cool off. Fire up the gas grill for an easy family cookout and dine alfresco, or step out to a local restaurant at dinnertime. Four TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and cable make for good post-beach entertainment options when you're ready to unwind. At the end of the night, sleep comes easy in any of the four large bedrooms, including one with a set of bunk beds.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
