I wanted to give this 5 stars, but the bed, & sleep, can make or break your stay! I see the bed has now been upgraded to a queen, from a double, but the picture looks the same.
Another problem, besides the bed feeling like fabric stuffed with hay on hard metal supports, was it was jammed up against one wall, so someone has to climb in, when there is no reason for that, because the bedroom is spacious! With 2 adults in chronic pain, 1 of us had to try to get some sleep on the non roll out couch every night.
The place has a beautiful location! The concrete stairs are quite cracked, but still easily walkable-shallow, wide steps, not a steep climb. They are well lit at night! Just turn on light before dark.
The patio is so cute, and then you enter the adorable kitchen, with a walk up living room. Kitchen is clean and spacious! Living room just right for relaxing and watching TV. But the shared door there is about a 1/2" off floor. We could hear other renter, so rolled blanket, from couch, up & laid at bottom of door.
Closet very spacious.
Bathroom only needs a little more counter space, otherwise just big enough. Shower felt like little needles, for 1 of us, b/c of type of chronic pain that 1 has.
Nithin is excellent communicator! So accommodating!
Other renter blocked shared, free access to garage 1st & last 2 days. They even parked in middle of driveway last day, so turnaround couldn't be used & would've blocked our car in, if we had that day!
