Just Renovated, Your family is Just steps from the warm sand and shimmering waves of the Atlantic, be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Condo. Newly renovated, the 1-bedroom/1-bath villa sleeps 6 and features a stunning kitchen, bright & airy rooms, and cool respite after a day of sun-drenched recreation. Perfectly placed for quick access to the beach, and ocean-side Heated pool, this coastal Carolina jewel defines the perfect summer getaway. Partial ocean-facing view
The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Rental HHI LLC. This one-bedroom villa has a full kitchen, combined living room and dining room area, and a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one bathroom. This unit also has a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a pair of bunk beds ideal for smaller children. The balcony off the living room area provides a direct view of the ocean. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service. The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9 AM till sunset. The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill.
You will be able to access the outside bar Next door over the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks and our Beautiful Heated Pool

Beach Chairs on the Balcony are for you to use, We ask you to put them back Neatly after use. It's the Guest's Responsibility to not lose our beach equipment, If lost or stolen you must replace or we will charge your Credit card for the replacement. If You Need Dependable Airport Transportation, We Recommend you book in advance with Palmetto Car Service, You can book right on their website. They are the Best Service by far out Here. Please be careful if you use Uber, they are very well known for not showing up or canceling on the way to pick you up.

We’ve thoughtfully renovated and upgraded our condos with the same care and comfort we’d expect in our own home. Hosting allows us to share our love for Hilton Head’s beaches, laid-back lifestyle, and the unbeatable location of Ocean Dunes with guests from all over.
