Roaches and very dirty
I would NOT recommend staying here. On the outside the property looks great, high end. Unfortunately on the inside many corners were cut and cheaply made. Roaches were present, stains on walls, floors, even a vomit stain in an upstairs room, house was dirty when we arrived, carpet was sticky and stained in all of the rooms. Stains on furniture. Master bathroom is very small and difficult to manuever. Toilet paper holder fell off as soon as we touched it. Towel holders also loose. Coffee maker broke when we tried to use. Opened dishwasher and screw fell out. Patio furniture old and discolored. Home has very high steps getting into the property which could pose a fall risk for anyone who may have any physical disabilities. Community pool was tiny. We did reach out to the management company who offered to come clean home again but honestly it would not have mattered because so many other things were awful. The management company was aware of the condition of home stating there was a family who stayed before and did a lot of damage to the property. They stated the owners were not interested in making the repairs needed. The photos are misleading as they do not reflect the current condition of the property. Also there are NO TVs in any rooms except for the two living areas. We did receive a cleaning credit from management company but when we asked to be booked into a different property they said no.
