This property is located in the Juan Dolio area of the Santo Domingo. The airport is about 10 mins away and within 10 mins there are 5 beaches a huge Golf course for those that love to play. There are fancy restaurants on the beach as well as so many different places to eat. Miramar Country Club is a gated community with security guards posted there 24/7. They will also be available for any services you might require. I have been coming to this part of the country my whole life. Its a place very dear to me and will always be.

My house is located on a continental shelf off the ocean. A cool breeze comes in at night making sleeping very comfortable and relaxing. Only with a fan I get cold at night. The only noise you will hear at night is the sounds of nature surrounding the house. You can play your music as loud as you want and you too can be as loud as you want to be. No one will ever complain. The house has coconut, mango, and avocado trees. If they fruits are in bloom you are more than welcome to enjoy them. Make sure to look up at the night sky, you will be able to see the Milky Way on a clear night. You wouldn't believe how beautiful the night sky is during a Full moon. Its almost as bright as the Sun! I've watched thunderstorms at night from the 2nd floor terrace while smoking a cigar and enjoying the light show. This house is truly a wonderful stay and I hope you will feel the same way as well.

You can go there to enjoy huge tourist sights such as El Faro de Colon, Los Tres Ojos, and La Zona Colonial where you will find the new world's first of everything! There are amazing Malls for shopping such as Sambil and Agora mall. There's also the night life with lounges with good food, good music, and friendly people. If you want to go east you will find San Pedro of Macoris, La Romana, and Punta Cana. All with their own unique beaches, restaurants and places for activities
