We had a wonderful stay . It was quiet and secluded in the woods, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The fire pit and gazebo were great amenities and made our evenings especially enjoyable.

Perfect place

We rented this house so we could spend the weekend on the trails. Perfect location, very clean, and we will certainly be renting it again!

4th Annual President’s Day Trip

We have stayed here twice now for our annual President’s Day gateway with our kids. This house is perfect for us in every aspect. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place! Cabin was clean and spacious inside which was great due to the weather not being the greatest to be outside a lot. Plenty of room for us all inside. Having an outside grill was also nice. Kitchen well stocked. Host was great to communicate with. Will definitely be staying here again!

The only reason we found ourselves in need of a place in Northern Michigan is because that's where my sister got married. We never dreamed we'd want to actually come back, but we do. Michelle is a great communicator. Her place is terrific. We were unable to take advantage of the pool table or the air hockey or the horse shoes or the volley ball or the fire pit or the many more things that make this a special place. What we need to do is plan a longer trip; bring grand kids and really "test" all there is to enjoy here. Heck, I see winter as an option too. Lovely home. Clean and tidy. Super friendly folks. Our contacts for a future Michigan vacation!

Great place to stay away from it all

Property was great for our group of 8. Well stocked with things to do and plenty of parking. Great place to be if you want to be away from the bustle of being in town. Very peaceful and the drive to the property is beautiful and takes you. Host was very communicative.

The house and property were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The house had all of the amenities plus some. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something in the area.

Great experience, close to trails, very clean warm and cozy. Had a great time playing air hockey and darts. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely in Leota

Place was equipped with many games and yard activities for all ages! Great location with spacious parking! House was clean. Only regret is that we didn’t book more days there!

Great house for a group

The house was even better than expected. Very clean and worked perfectly for our group. Sand court and campfire pit are well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed using both. If we ever stay in the area again we’ll definitely look at booking this house again!

My family and I stayed here for a wedding at August Hill and we loved it. Clean, as described with lots of extras. Enjoying the fire pit in evening with family was our highlight.

Harrison Stay

Our family had an amazing time. The kids all keep asking when we can go back. This home is nice and secluded and they supply anything you may need.We received very quick responses from the owner and would be more than willing to use this property again.

UTV Group Ride

We love riding the Leota trails. With the Leota Lodge booked we looked for another place to stay. The cottage was perfect. Great location for trail riding and the circular driveway is perfect for easy maneuvering of a trailer.

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything worked out perfect. The weekend was great. The house was everything we expected and very well stocked up with items you may need. Communication with the host was excellent. We will come again thank you very much.

Outdoor oasis!

We had a group of eight adults and one dog. We had a long weekend of side by side riding, sitting around the table in the screened in gazebo, and enjoyed our nights hanging out around the fire pit. This place is clean, they provide you with everything and even have treats for the dog. The owners are quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. We will be returning.

Bachelor's Party July 14-16th

The house was perfect for the groups hopes and needs! Additionally, the provided games, movies, and speaker were very pleasant to have already there! The gazebo was a fan favorite spot to sit with the lighting and bug net for late evening chats. The wood being provided was super helpful and kind as well. Would rate this one of the best stays I've been to and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway to a quiet area!

ORV Adventures

Every thing was perfect with a plus. Homeowners where a delightful to deal with. Property accommodations with perfect for Our 23' trailer with play room for the toys. Out door gazebo was perfect for morning breakfast with Mother Nature. Then the firepit fully stock with wood keep us warm at night for S'mores. I could go on and on. Perfect would be a understandment. Thank you again and We will definitely be returning because the trail head is basically at your door step.
