You will be close to everything when you stay at this central location. 5 mins from Hollywood beach, 6 mins from FLL airport and perfectly nestled between Miami and Palm Beach, down the street from downtown Hollywood, and quick easy access to neighboring and always popular Fort Lauderdale. Four-legged family members are welcome and will have a great time running in the large, fenced-in yard.
For a laid back and cozy feel in true Old Florida-style, you’ll be at peace here in this Beach Bungalow after a day at the beach, or a day visiting all things South Florida has to offer.

Florida Sunshine for 2 months
We enjoyed an extended stay this winter in the Dania Beach area. The bungalow is as seen in the pictures. The hosts were outstanding! Not only did they promptly respond to any of our questions,all paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were supplied for the entire stay! The location is very close to Rte.1 but despite the noise and nighttime activity there were many stores and restaurants nearby. We loved Dania Beach as well as Holywood Beach.

Cute and comfortable property in a great location
We had a shorty stay at this property but would have loved to stay longer. Lots of charm in this house and in a great location.

You have a great location and a nice place to work with. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. We never felt unsafe in the community. Unfortunately, there was no microwave so ended up throwing out leftovers. Outside around the place needs care, all of the floors were not cleaned, shower head is bad. Towels are provided but not wash clothes, that should be shared up front so we could have brought them. Pressure wash the outdoor and screened in porch furniture. The bed linen was very comfortable and the mattress is tolerable. Cozy is a very good word for the property, my wife loved the “bohemian flair”. We would stay there again with some improvements.

Great stay
Great 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and in house laundry. Great screened in porch to enjoy evenings. Huge backyard with a charcoal BBQ. Minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. I short drive to the beach. Tons of food and shopping options nearby. Close to downtown Hollywood.
