Here's what's awesome about our home:
- This is not a corporate owned property. It is personally and whole-heartedly cared for by a Disney-fanatic family :)
- Carpet was removed from the entire house with the exception of one kids room. Brand new vinyl flooring throughout!
- Secret Door! You will have a kids play area right inside your vacation home! The "door" to the kids play area has been custom designed to look like a real book case. Blow your kids' minds as they gently push the book case open and discover a world of fun made just for them! Unlike typical Florida game rooms with just a standard game table for older kids, we designed this space for all children to enjoy. There is something exciting for every kid of every age! The space is complete with 6 of the all-time best stand-up arcade games, a self-contained karaoke machine with 2 microphones (no hassles needed to hook up to a TV), a train table with over a hundred various tracks and trains, and a 2-story play house with a kitchen, ladder, and slide! We have also installed wall-to-wall 1" thick foam flooring so all little ones can have fun while the adults can relax in the corner seating area. Speaking of those adults - you get to put your feet up, charge your devices from the side table charging port, and watch the 55" TV hanging from the ceiling as you supervise your littles ones!
- Living Room: 75" TV with streaming services (just use your own login), brand new furniture, and room for the whole family to hang out.
- Dining Room: 65" TV with streaming services (just use your own login) - great if you want to be all together on the first floor, but desire to watch something different from the kids.
- Kitchen: fully renovated, stainless appliances, custom coffee station, and an official Mickey Mouse Waffle Maker. Yes, that's right! You can make those famous Mickey Mouse waffles for every breakfast (or lunch, or dinner...)! Just order your waffle ingredients to be sent to the house on your arrival day.
- Total seating for 20+, with a kitchen/living room counter (3), a kitchen island breakfast bar (4), a kitchen table (4-6), and a dining table (10).
- Outdoor Fun: a pool and spillover spa, lots of inflatables, an exterior half-bathroom right by the pool, an outdoor table for enjoying small meals, beautiful new lounge chairs and couches, a propane fire pit, and one of the largest back yards in the neighborhood with lots of natural seclusion. The yard is fully fenced in and perfect for kids to run and play. For those bringing a small dog, we have an inviting dog house in the corner and a convenient dog waste station to keep the yard clean for all guests.
- Baby friendly: providing a full-size crib/mattress/sheets at no cost and we have made it easy to roll into any bedroom on the second floor, a highchair in the kitchen/dining room, and the comfiest rocking chair/area at the end of the upstairs hall perfect for nursing and/or rocking a little one to sleep.

OK, you cannot wait to experience the awesomeness! Here's what you need to know about each bedroom:

1st Floor Bedroom: Queen bed, vinyl flooring, wall hung TV, and this is the only bedroom on the first floor, making it ideal for older relatives that do not want to navigate a staircase. Accompanying bathroom with stand-up shower (no tub) and single sink is just 4' down the hall (only interior bathroom on the first floor).

Master Bedroom: King bed, vinyl flooring, and a 65" TV to help you feel like royalty while you binge Disney+ after a long day at the parks. Connected bathroom with large stand-up shower, soaking tub, double sink, and master closet.

The "Animal Kingdom Bedroom": Queen bed, vinyl flooring, wall hung TV, and creatively themed with "animal royalty" and funky colors for a universal appeal that is suitable for kids, teenagers, or adults. Accompanying bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sink is just across the hall and shared with the adjacent "Frozen" kids room.

The "Frozen Bedroom": Two gorgeous twin beds to make your lucky children feel like they have been transplanted to the bedroom of Anna and Elsa! Custom designed with beautiful floors, chandelier lighting, a "fireplace", and small touches throughout. Accompanying bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sink is just next door and shared with the adjacent Animal Kingdom Bedroom.

Flexible Bedroom: Queen bed, vinyl flooring, wall hung TV, with standard room colors and décor. An ideal bedroom for adults or teenagers, with a connected bathroom containing a shower/tub combo and a single sink.

The Bunking Room: Four twin beds (two over/under bunk beds), comfy carpeting for kids play, and a wall hung TV. A spacious bedroom for kids or tweens to enjoy time together and have some sleepover fun! Connected bathroom with a large stand-up shower (no tub) and a single sink.


Other things to note and Important House Rules:

This property does not provide access to the neighborhood waterpark.

We trust that you are only bringing the amount of guests listed in your reservation and we ask that you keep to this number of guests noted in your reservation.

Parties and large events are not allowed on the property, inside or outside.

1 small dog less than 35lbs is allowed with an additional fee and increased security deposit. If a larger dog is brought to the home, it may result in a booking termination at the guest's expense. Your dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the home. You cannot leave your dog outside in the yard when you leave for the day. We encourage you to honor what you know about your dog's temperament and to place your dog in your own kennel/cage in the home (we will not provide a kennel/cage) if you are leaving for the day and your dog is known to damage things while you are out.

All dog waste must be picked up with a provided doggy waste bag, tied up, and deposited in the provided doggy waste can located outdoors. $25 will need to be charged for each incident where dog waste is found in the yard and/or if waste is not properly bagged, tied, and placed in the dog waste can located outdoors. No dog waste is to be placed in any indoor trash can. We know vacation properties that allow dogs are few and far between, so please do your part and help us to continue to offer this amenity to guests.

Pool heating and spa heating is available for an additional charge of $65 per day and requests must be made at least 2 days before check in and must be for the entire length of your stay. The service is not able to heat just the spa or just the pool, so the pool and spa will both get to 90f-95f and 95f-100f. As such, we do not recommend pool and spa heat in the summer months, as the pool becomes unpleasantly warm. Last, while we do our very best to maintain all of our equipment, we cannot guarantee pool heating, as sometimes the heater can run into issues. It's unusual, but in the event the pool heater is malfunctioning, a refund will be issued for the heating charges.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.

An outdoor propane firepit is available for guests, but please only use if you feel knowledgeable and confident. You are agreeing to use the propane firepit at your own risk. There is no fee for using the firepit, but guests are responsible for their own propane. If needed you can do a refill exchange at the 7 Eleven nearby. Please also remember to completely close off the propane tank when finished. Last, we cannot allow any cooking at all in this firepit. Any evidence of food being cooked on this firepit will have to result in a deduction for extra cleaning from your security deposit.

Be gentle to the linens, as we only use premium products for your premium stay. Any atypical use or excessive damage to linens may be deducted from the security deposit.

The home will have paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap available for your use, but guests will be responsible for their own personal/wash products, coffee/tea, and groceries.
