Very beautiful and comfortable. So many extra spices, coffee and food. We loved every minute we were there. Don’t need anything but your clothes. The beds were very comfortable. Hopefully we can stay this winter for several weeks.

Enjoyed our stay here and was able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony. Owner was very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was fine.

Beautiful condo

Had everything we needed and more! Loved the comfy beds and the view is so beautiful. Owners were great also. I Highly recommend this condo.

Awesome and family friendly.

We loved this place! It was great to have all of the extra toys for rainy or cooler days inside. 10/10 would recommend especially for families.

The condo was amazing had anything you could possibly want for beach the owners were amazing had a problem with tv reached out to Dennis the owner he left friends to come over and fixed our problem would highly recommend the condo the pool was amazing very peaceful

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay! We really liked the location of the condo and the beach and it was definitely a very nice place to unwind for a few days. The owners were wonderful and very attentive to any questions or anything. Definitely would stay here again!

GREAT!

Great place, great hosts, great time! Terrific for our whole group, five adults and a 14-month-old who loved playing with all the toys, super comfortable furniture, beds, but the balcony and proximity to the Atlantic are truly the best!

The condo was very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at Jolly’s Sandcastle! We met Dennis upon arriving and he was very nice and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed and more. We would stay again!

Beach Trip

Great complex, great location, not crowded, unit had anything you could want for a beach trip. The interior furnishings were different than what was pictured on VRBO. We would stay there again.

This is the 3 rd time we have stayed at this specific condo! We absolutely love it! We have stayed at beach condos all over the South and this condo is our absolutely favorite!!! It is spotless! The owners are so gracious in having condo stocked with all the essentials like towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards, skim boards, etc. Everything you could possible need is there or in the garage you have access to. Plus everything is labeled which is so helpful. You just literally have to bring clothes. The condo is beautifully decorated! The location is great! The view is spectacular! We even got to see a Space X rocket go up from the balcony at night. Also you can watch the cruise ships come and go. The view from master bedroom is priceless as well. It is a close walk to the beach. It is a very private condo complex, clean, safe, and extremely quiet!!! The place is laid out so nice. Owners communicate well. I would give this place 1000 stars and cannot wait to return!!! When you stay here, it feels like home and it is so hard to leave!!! You will not be disappointed!

Best condo ever at Cocoa Beach

We loved the condo. It felt just like home and the owners have anything we would possibly need available to use. Cooking supplies, condiments etc. We will def be looking to stay again.
