False advertisement
We arrived and notice the yard was not cut , the pool looked like a swamp ( doesn’t look like the picture on the listing) master bath shower was dirty ( wife had to scrub the shower with bleach) , counter tops and fridge door was smudgy.. Pool guy came to clean the pool 1130am on the second day and told us we can’t use the pool for 5 hours ( icing on the cake , owner asked the pool guy to mow the yard while he was there . That means we lost another day . And was only able to swim in pool on the 3rd day . The whole reason we rented this place was to swim with my kids everyday we were there . The property was not ready for us when we arrived and started making arrangements to do those things after I made a bid deal about it.poor lighting in the back yard while I was barbecuing ! Dangerous umbrella on the patio table with no plastic anchor . Got winding one day and caught air knocked over everything we had on our table
Sad part about this place is that the house has potential if he would drop a little cash on it and install a tv in the master suite , TVs in the other 2 bedrooms , add some rocks speakers around the pool and pool table with tv in the room by the pool!
