This rental property inside the beautiful Sudden Valley community has the most peaceful surroundings that make you feel right at home.

The rental property has been newly remodeled and is beautifully decorated, with the most modern furnishings and details throughout the property.

This large two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental property is private, spacious with no shared spaces.

Most of the amenities are within walking distance such as the tennis courts, soccer ball field, dog park and both outdoor pools.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio during the day or hit the beach and go swimming.

There are so many amenities inside the Sudden Valley community, it's like living on a resort.

The rental property is located on Lake Whatcom, the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. Lake Whatcom offers 12 miles of crystal-clear glacier fed water, which is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, boating and fishing.

The rental property is also perfect for that winter ski getaway, with just a short drive to Mt. Baker.

Sudden Valley offers 18 holes of competitive golf on one of the most scenic golf courses in the state of Washington.

The front nine of Sudden Valley is relatively open and flat and borders the shores of Lake Whatcom. Fairway landing areas are relatively generous, and the greens are large.
However, the back nine follows a ridge uphill with narrow evergreen-fringed fairways and smaller greens that have more character. (Please See Video Link Below)

The Sudden Valley community offers activities for all ages, amenities included a marina, parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, pools, beaches, off leash dog park and miles of hiking trails.

Beautiful house in a beautiful community

This is a wonderful house to stay in. It was very clean, well decorated and a lot of large windows to watch all the fauns in the yard. We enjoyed walking down to the marina, which was only a few blocks away.

Starting with a large recreational and activities center, a library, fitness center, two large community pools (one of the pools is for adults only), four beaches, marina, three picnic areas, two dog parks, four tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, volleyball court, soccer court and baseball diamond.

Not to mention the most beautiful, scenic and challenging golf course in the Pacific Northwest.
