Pet Friendly, 2 Bedroom Condo - Sleeps 7 & Hot Tub

Settler's Crossing 14 is a gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the upper level with fantastically accessible ski-in/ski-out. This lovingly cared for home-away-from-home includes a secure ski storage locker outside of the front door, a 5-person private hot tub on a covered balcony, a well appointed full kitchen, and a stylish modern fireplace.

With a vaulted ceiling in the living room, tons of natural sunlight filters through and accentuates the warm, neutral colour scheme throughout this home. With plenty of seating at the dining table, the bar, and in the living room, this is a great spot to entertain or to enjoy some family time (or both!). There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, so if you want to relax in bed you can still watch your favourite movies.

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a tri-bunk in the second bedroom, and a sofabed in the living room.

This unit is on the 16th hole of the golf course, offers groomed ski-in/ski-out access, and is minutes from the x-country ski trails.

This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $100+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog, OR 2 lap dogs.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
