Step into this stylish and trendy 3 bedroom, 2 & a half bath home which has just been newly updated and designed. Set in the heart of Uptown Atlantic City, this home is cozy, comfortable and will provide all the amenities for a perfect stay! Nestled away in a wonderful location, less than 5 minutes from the famous Atlantic City Beach, Boardwalk and Ocean Resort and Casino.

This rental is for the entire home.

UPON ENTERING:
-You will be greeted with an open concept living space on the main level.

LIVING ROOM:
-The living room has 2 designer couches, a coffee table and a large TV (there is no cable, just streaming apps).

DINING AREA:
-There is a dining table to seat 6 people and a large open kitchen layout.

KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, a coffee station and cookware you will need.
-There is a half bathroom on the main floor right off the kitchen.

GAME ROOM:
-There is a game/entertainment room at the back of the house.
-This room has beautiful greenery wall, various games and a smart TV for your entertainment (no cable, just streaming apps).

DECK:
-There are sliding doors through the game room that go out to a small deck in that back that has Adirondack chairs for a relaxing outdoor space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
-All the bedrooms have luggage racks in the closets for your convenience.

BEDROOM 1: The master bedroom suite will be like stepping into your own oasis. It is beautifully decorated and has 1 comfortable King Sized bed with luxurious linens. The full master bathroom is spacious and has a make up station and a bidet attachment.

BEDROOM 2: 1 Twin Sized bed and 1 Queen Sized bed with a Smart TV.

BEDROOM 3: 2 queen beds with a smart TV.

BACKYARD:
-There is a charcoal grill in the back yard for your use.
-Please note that we do not supply charcoal. You must bring your own.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests have access the to the entire home during their stay.
-There are steps to enter the home in the front and side, and a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is a driveway for 2 vehicles at the back of the home.
-There is also free street parking in front of the home and on the side of the home where available.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Sunkissed Casa", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.
