Enjoy waking up to beach sunrises and enjoying white sandy beaches and blue surf, then top it off with a plethora of great restaurants and bars to end the days. Condo is also a short walking distance to the intracoastal for sunsets and paddleboarding. Come, play and stay at the Sea Shanty for a great long weekend, week, month or longer!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was a cozy unit with all that we need for the long weekend stay. The property managers, Thor and his wife were great and very friendly! We will be back again...thank you!

Super Cute Studio

What a cute cute place! It was perfect and such attention to detail . . From the shelf next to the bed to put my reading there . . Memory foam pillows and mattress . . And a great vanity to get ready at. And the location was so perfect would love to stay there again!!

Small and Perfect

With just my husband and I, we dont need much as we spend most of our time at the beach during the day and then exploring restaurants in our downtime. But this condo was perfect for us! Very well decorated and made us feel welcomed. Even has an air purifier for someone who has allergies,.. thank you! Didn’t mind the minor construction and if someone happened to take our parking “spot” number… well we just parked and walked to our door 🤔 😂 such a new concept for some people I know! I happened to have left some of my personal items in the closet and the owner was super nice to send me a message on VRBO as I didn’t even know. We were still in new Smyrna so we just met up with her. Great to know we rented from good people like that…. Hotels would have just thrown them out. I love Supporting the local people thru this site. And their cleaning fee and admin fee wasn’t the same price as the stay 👍👏 Thanks for an awesome experience!

Nice place, friendly owners

We had a very smooth experience, the unit is small but has everything you need for 2. Emily was helpful and responded quickly. A few of our favorite restaurants: Ocean Breeze, Treehouse (we really liked this place), Bounty (a speakeasy) and JB’s Fish Camp.
