Clean but empty
The house was clean however other than shampoo/conditioner dish soap and coffee pods. There was nothing extra not even a pen and paper or body wash. So you will need to buy everything you need. No throw blankets but yet a stained throw pillow.
I reached out about beach chairs and owner said for sanitary purposes that they don't provide beach chairs or beach towels and to rent from beach however those are just as unsanitary as having some at the house. This was an inconvenience when you have a family of 5. You end up spending over $80 a day just for chairs or buying it and then donating it when you leave. There were no extra body towels so for a 6 night stay you had to use the same towel. I ended up having to buy detergent to wash towels, as many know kids are famous for throwing their towel on the floor or the fact that just the beach towels that I had to buy while there needed to be cleaned. I also ended up washing the shower curtains as there was a ton of orange mildew built up at the bottom.
The location is okay just know that even though Clearwater Beach is only about 5 miles bc of traffic it takes minimum of 15 min. or more to get anywhere so allot of drive time.
With kids to walk to any restaurant or entertainment really wasn't doable.
Beds were comfortable, nice couch as well. Two of the rooms only had blinds so they got really bright at sunrise.
This is the first rental property I've ever stayed at that had absolutely nothing extra.
