Perfect Charleston vacation

We booked Bill’s place for a month. What a great location! I walked all over Charleston and walked to many restaurants. The house had three beautiful marble bathrooms. Bill was a very responsive host. Halfway through he texted to ask us if we had enough Nespresso pods! We had a number of different people visit us throughout the month. Everyone loved it. All in all, a wonderful time was had by all.

A great location and a very responsive host!

This house is in such a great location! The neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops are wonderful, and it's a short walk to King Street for more nightlife. Bill is a great, very responsive host and he was a pleasure to communicate with!

Great Getaway!

My husband and I stayed at Bill's property for a month to escape the PA cold and we had a great experience. The home is beautiful and had everything we could possibly have asked for. Bill was very attentive to our needs during check in and during our stay. With that being said he wasn't at all "intrusive" and my husband and I were very comfortable staying there. The beds were comfortable and the temperature in the house was easy to control. The only thing that might be on my wish list is more comfortable living room furniture. At the end of a long day its nice to kick back and relax and the furniture is a little "rigid" (for lack of a better word). Cannon Street is a happening spot to stay in Charleston and you are close to so much while also feeling quite safe in beautiful Cannonborough. We had a designated parking spot and we walked almost everywhere we went. There is no lack of coffee, restaurants, shopping etc so close to the home and it is a quick walk to King Street as well. I also walked to get a workout as Colonial Lake is nearby. Two of our favorite stops for coffee and food were Bad Bunnies Coffee Shop (just around the corner) and Fuel Charleston (just up the street). Fuel used to be an old gas station and has been turned into a Caribbean casual dining spot with a great outdoor area and relaxing environment. Guy Fieri has eaten there and we loved their food! Please keep in mind that because Cannon is a socially active street that you will hear street noise in the house but you will have that downtown in many locations. Overall if you want to experience downtown you will not be disappointed in renting Bill's home. You really could not ask for much more and we had an amazing time (and so did our dog who also had a great backyard to accommodate him!)
