No-Prob-Llama screams: location, location! This unique home has a style all its own. It's designed to be different. The Distillery District is Lexington's coolest new block, so we knew we needed to keep up!

The space
Cozy and conveniently outfitted with everything you need for your stay. With three bedrooms, two full baths, two entertainment/living spaces both equipped with surround sound and HD smart TV's, a large light and bright kitchen stocked with a variety of coffees and teas, and a dining nook that seats eight, you're going to instantly find your own space within this space while enjoying the things you love most.

The basement is a fun project of ours, starting with a small work space, another couch with a second HD smart TV for your viewing pleasure, a second refrigerator for beverages and extra food, an 8-in-1 game table, a folding table to play board games, a play yard on foam flooring, and a plethora of games to bring everyone together. Our backyard is a work in progress as we aim to provide a fire pit, chairs for all, an outdoor seating area, a grill space AND a hot tub that seats five. (Please note the hot tub is not scheduled for delivery until November 2022 and the rest is a work in progress until that date.)

Need to do a little laundry while you're here? Perfect. We have everything ready for you including a full load washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board and everything need to keep your clothes clean.

Worried about parking? No Prob-Llama - we've got you covered. With room for 3 stacked vehicles in the driveway beginning under the carport, there are also 2 spaces in front for roadside parking and 1 space on the side for roadside parking as well.

Forgot something at home? We have probably provided it for you.

We have all of the fixings for the perfect vacation, staycation, outing, or work stay.

Enjoy the whole place! Make yourself at home, but treat it even better than your home, as you'll be passing it on to the next group to enjoy as well!

Note: No Prob-Llama Lex is owned privately. Thus, the owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries or illnesses that occurs while on the premises. Said owner is also not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of guests. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of premises or any guests invited on premise. This should be stated for any stay outside of their own home, but should be understood in ours.

Also note: This space is equipped for children, but it is NOT necessarily small child friendly as you will need to be more diligent to ensure their safety and to ensure that everything remains intact in the home so you aren't charged any extras. Please utilize the pack n' play, the play hard, high chair, children's cutlery and dishes, a safety gate, and please bring anything else you may want to ensure their safety and or containment to a safe zone/space.

This is NOT a pet friendly property. We do NOT allow pets currently.

Lastly, if you need room for more than 6, please notify us as we do make allowances, but we will need to discuss and ensure that we both understand your needs.

Bourbon Trail Trip

This house is so cute and cozy and also very spacious and gave ample room for our group of 6. Bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. Living area also allows plenty of room to sit and relax while planning your next day’s adventures. Kitchen too is roomy and well stocked with all your needs. The most relaxing part is at the end of the day being able to sit in the hot tub and soak your tired feet and legs! One other nice feature is that they have very clear and easy to follow instructions and labels in various locations. The only reason for the 4 star rating for location is that it is in an older neighborhood with a number of unkept houses. This house belongs in a bit of a nicer area, it is the odd house out. Parking for three is a bit tight, you are basically sharing a driveway with the neighbors. We only had two vehicles and there were no issues at all but I wouldn’t say it is roomy parking. Overall, this is honestly close to the top of our list of rentals. We have rented many, most much more expensive (mostly because of location-on water) and in much nicer areas but this property just felt homey and welcoming! We were extremely happy overall, and our experience was very positive. Alicia, the owner, was available for all questions responding very quickly!

With a strong desire to come back, to visit, and to keep ties to this area, we created this house not only for you but also for us. Nick and I have enjoyed many an AirBnb across countless states and countries as avid travelers. We dreamt of having one of our own "one day" so we can bring joy to someone else's journey.

We are proud to finally say that "one day" came, and now you're here.

We hope you notice the attention to detail, the desire to add humor into your stay, and to share a special place we love with you, in hopes that you will love it too. In one of the most up and coming neighborhoods in lexington, this gem will charm you inside and outside. Take a walk to The Distillery District, catch a show at The Burl or Manchester Music Hall, head on over to Battle Axes for a little something new, or make the short drives to downtown or your next favorite excursion. This area give you direct access to so many wonderful places and experiences, you'll love it as much as we do.

In this space, we bring to you all the comforts of home with thoughtful design touches and a few unexpected luxuries to make your stay amazing. This is why we love to host!

With a corner lot, gorgeous and spacious backyard that includes a grille and seating area, outdoor fire pit with chairs, and a hot tub (coming November 2022), you will love the outside as much if not more than the inside.

So much to keep you occupied inside the home from games to two televisions/entertainment spaces and so much to enjoy outside, you may not even want to go explore Lexington or the great state of Kentucky.

However, if you do, and you make it out of this cozy charmer, you will find rolling hills and gorgeous horse farms, scenic roots, and country cooking. Check out the amazing distilleries, world renowned breweries, horse race tracks, incredible caves, energizing hiking trails, national parks, and so much more.
