In the winter, you’re surrounded by opportunities for downhill and cross-country skiing, and in the warm months, you can choose from dozens of hiking and mountain biking trails - but with a space so inviting, you may not get far.

Start the day with coffee on either of your decks, both offering tree-lined views and quiet spots for respite. Swing in the Papasan chair or doze off on the outdoor sofa - why not? You’re on vacation. Inside, you’ll find three levels of living space. The middle floor features an entire wall of windows, hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and paneled walls, creating a comfortable, mountain-modern vibe. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, with a chic Smeg fridge and all the necessary appliances. Grab a bite at the window-front table and head out to explore.

When you return, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace while the kids play in the loft. Thoughtful family-friendly extras include a teepee playhouse, a high chair, baby gates, kids’ books and games, and children’s dinnerware. Two streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player and library, free high-speed WiFi, and a PlayStation 4 will keep everyone entertained. Fire up the gas grill and end the night back outside on the deck, but this time grab a frosty beverage from the wet bar downstairs and toast your good luck at booking such a sweet mountain retreat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
