The apartment is modern with comfortable spaces, in it you can be comfortable during your stay in the city. It has a kitchenette equipped with the basic elements to process fast food such as: electric stove with two seats, Minibar type refrigerator and a counter with two high chairs. It also has a living room with a sofa and a TV; two independent bedrooms, each with a double bed, night table, closet with clothes hooks, bathroom and window to the inner courtyard.
The apartment is located four blocks from the Poblado subway station, a few minutes from El Poblado park, Lleras park, Provenza neighborhood and shopping centers Monterrey, Oviedo, Santa Fe and El Tesoro.
