Veteran-owned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1,777 sq. ft.) cozy single family home in the heart of Mary Esther/ Fort Walton Beach, perfect for an affordable, family getaway! This lovely home has a split floor plan with a ping pong table and outdoor seating. The backyard is almost completely fenced. Only 3 miles from downtown and 4 miles from Okaloosa Island. Such an affordable vacation! Enjoy a pontoon boat trip to Crab Island, dolphins at the Gulfarium, or the zoo in Gulf Breeze. You'll love it here!

The Space:
This home offers plenty of parking (including boats), 3 queen beds, Smart HD TV in living room and master bedroom, and a private patio in the backyard, where your family can relax and enjoy each others company! Location, Location, Location! Only 3 miles from downtown and 4 miles from the beach!

Guest Access:
The guests will access the property via lockbox. Code sent with check-in instructions.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is every family friendly. A lot of military in the immediate area. The Airbnb is minutes away from downtown and the beach. Plenty of things to do and places to eat!

Getting Around:
Public transportation is not available. If you do not own a POV, then I recommend using Uber or Lyft.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not be interacting with guests, but I do live down the street and am readily available.

Birthday Florida trip

We arrived to a very strong throw up smell. Now granted we were told the renters before were horrible. Spoke to Josh and cleaners, issue was resolved quickly. House was in a decent location, little further than what we really wanted. Trips to Destin for excursions took 40 or more minutes due to traffic. House was decently cleaned, rugs need to be taken out and washed, couch is a little worn out and floors need a good scrubbing (our feet were black). Water pressure isn’t the greatest. It was very nice to be able to have our dogs! Decent stay, overall we had a good time.

Great Place To Stay

The house was clean, nicely furnished, well supplied in a good neighborhood. Many attractions of the area are nearby. The backyard was fenced and serene. I had no issues with the rental and if going there again, I would choose the same address.

Nice Vacation Home

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The owner made sure that all of our questions were answered, and needs were met. Not too far from the beach and many great places to eat and shop. It was nice to meet up with some family that lived close by as well. Would definitely stay here again. :)

Definitely Rent Again

The home was clean everything was in working order. We could sit out on the back patio and hang out or on the front patio for the rainy days. Close access to the beaches, pier, stores, restaurants, and activities. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant no issues. The property manager was very pleasant to communicate with and shared needed information in a timely manner! Would definitely rent this home again!
