There is a spacious dining room that is a fully stocked KITCHENETTE (NO STOVE or OVEN), Cuisenart oven (holds 12"pizza), with a large sitting area, double sink and countertops for food prep, plates and utensils, window, large microwave, large refrigerator, electric cooking items, Hot water electric pot, coffee pot, rice cooker, electric hot pot, and Full sized Washer/Dryer. There is a shower/tub Full Bathroom with towels.
The French doors open into a private deck that has a propane grill, a large swing, patio table and chairs. The downstairs has two separate entry doors with adjacent parking next to private deck.
