Mid Century House, 5-minutes from downtown, HUGE Pool & Spa

Welcome to Havana House.

This mid-century marvel features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms including 2 master suites (unique!), a 77-inch TV entertainment system and a HUGE saltwater pool with a baja shelf, plus a jacuzzi with a waterfall. The grounds feature a large grassy area, fire pit, BBQ grill and beautiful mountain views. All of this, only a 5 minute drive from downtown. Whether for friends, family or romance, this house is the perfect getaway.

Walk in to a large living space with high ceilings supported by classic mid-century beams. A wall of windows showcase the incredible and private backyard pool and jacuzzi under the desert mountains. The backyard is west-facing for plenty of pool sun into the evening.

Walk through the renovated kitchen to the covered outdoor patio with lounge chairs and a dining area. The massive saltwater pool features a baja shelf with pool umbrellas and the rest of the pool is 5 ft deep across so that everyone can stand and enjoy their drinks from any part of the pool. To the right of the pool are lemon, lime and grapefruit trees, plus a fire pit. On the left side of the pool is a large grass area.

We decorated the interior space with mid-century furniture and a splash of Cuban flair. The house is unique in that it has two master suites, plus two additional guest bedrooms each with their own bathrooms (all with showers!) as well. The house has central air/heating plus 3 individual air conditioning/heating wall units.

There is a Roku smart TV located in every bedroom.

Per Palm Springs City rules, a maximum of 8 guests may stay at the property. Spa heating is included, pool heating is an extra $200/night.

The property is located in the coveted, private neighborhood of Little Beverly Hills. The house is on a quiet street with no thru-traffic.
