Play on Shaver Lake by boating, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. Traverse hiking trails and marvel at the natural beauty of California. In the winter, head up to China Peak Ski Resort for world-class downhill skiing.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright wooden interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Marvel at the woodwork, vaulted ceiling, and great stone fireplace in the living area. The open floorplan and airy space promote togetherness, so no conversation will be lost here! hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island. Head up to the loft to watch movies on the large TV, sit on the plush furniture, and indulge in a friendly competitive board game. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is provided. With six beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Witness spectacular sunsets from the spacious deck, topping off the perfect day with your favorite drink in hand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
