Cozy up in this beautifully renovated condo overlooking the mountains and Newfound Lake, the cleanest lake in NH!
There is so much to do nearby....a 3 min walk to the private association beach, 15 mins to skiing at Ragged Mountain, kayaking, fishing, hiking, ice fishing and snowmobile trails are all minutes away.
There is enough room to sleep 6 people comfortably. One bedroom has a Queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 4 twin beds (in bunkbed set up). One bunk bed has stairs to top bunk, 2nd has a ladder to top bunk. There is also a pull out couch in living room.
High speed internet, fully stocked kitchen including Keurig, toaster/air fry oven, 4 Beach chairs and 2 Kayaks are provided and stored at the lake for your convenience, Shampoo , Conditioner and Bodywash, towels and linens are all provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

Great find in Bristol, NH!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bristol! The home was perfect! The layout is great and there was plenty of room for.my family of 5. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed - and the some! The closed in porch, with the lake view, was a perfect spot for enjoying my morning cup of coffee. The location is central to so many things! Locally there is Newfound lake, hiking trails, the most adorable shops, and restaurants. Of you're willing to drive a bit there is Mt. Washington, Alpine Adventure tours, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and so kuch more! This home was the perfect home base for our stay.

Wonderful updated condo with great access to Newfound

Wow. The place exceeded our expectations. The beach on Newfound was terrific, the location was convenient for both Bristol and Plymouth, the interior is recently updated, the kitchen was well stocked, the Internet was fast, the condo association was quiet and peaceful, the washer/dryer worked great, and the beds were new and very soft. We were up to see our kids at summer camp and this provided a great base of operations and a wonderful retreat. The weather was even perfect for the trip. I highly recommend, we'll be coming back.

The property was clean, safe, and well furnished. Beach access was excellent and the entire lake experience was wonderful. We look forward to staying at this property again some time.

My family and I are from Massachusetts and couldn't wait to own something close to the Lake. A dream of ours for a very long time! We are so excited to share this opportunity to experience all that Newfound Lake and the surrounding area has to offer all year long!

My husband and I just fell in love with the views and the proximity of Newfound Lake. There is so much to explore all within 45 minutes of our condo that it makes it so easy to do day trips into other areas as well as all the things to do right here in Bristol.
