Welcome to Highland Woods Farm! In the heart of the Grey Highlands is a 4 bedroom farmhouse nestled in acres of lush land, private woods and a secluded lake. Just two hours from Toronto it's the perfect weekend getaway.

The space
Lovingly renovated in early 2022, it’s a modern farmhouse with plenty of vintage charm to make your weekend away truly special. Thoughtfully designed with a modern, open concept kitchen, two full bathrooms and cozy amenities make your stay inside as wonderful as your time exploring the property.

This is an escape from urban life with outdoor amenities including a cedar sauna overlooking the gorgeous sunsets and a deck-side hot tub for relaxing and rejuvenating after a day in the outdoors. The farmhouse property sits on 700 feet of secluded waterfront where you can enjoy boating, paddleboarding, or taking a dip in this quiet, non-motorized paradise.

Kitchen
A good cup of coffee starts every day in the best way but sipping your morning cup overlooking the lush greenery of the farmlands that surround the farmhouse.

Our farmhouse kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, and includes:
- a large double door fridge
- a dishwasher for easy clean-up
- a farmhouse sink, and spacious kitchen island

Living Room
Our kitchen leads onto a beautiful open concept living and dining area, with a gorgeous custom farmhouse table that is made for shared meals overlooking the lush farmlands. This sprawls out into one of the living rooms with a big screen tv, roaring fireplace (available Spring 2023), and the most comfortable sofa.

Conversation Room
A cozy family or "conversation room" that’s perfect for late-night chats and truly turning off from technology with comfortable seating, games and a vintage bar for mixing up cocktails.

Bedrooms
The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, lovingly restored. 3 of the bedrooms feature queen beds with silk and snow mattresses for the ultimate comfort. Our petite room features a bunk bed and adorable rocking chair that’s perfect for little ones to cozy up in. Each bed is made up with gorgeous cotton linens and there is a dresser in each room for clothing storage. Our sunroom also has a door and can be converted to a 5th bedroom with two single beds.


Bathrooms
The farmhouse has two newly renovated bathrooms, one on each floor include:
- stand up shower with rainfall shower head
- toiletries and amenities

Laundry
A brand new washer and dryer await you at the farm in our laundry room, so after a day of exploring the farmlands and adventuring in the water, you can keep your clothes sparkling.

Outdoor Areas and Activities
Highland Woods Farm is an all-weather farmhouse, our sauna works all year round but our hot tub currently only runs three seasons. Take in the sunset from our gorgeous sauna or relax after a hectic day in the hot tub. The farmhouse has a wrap-around deck with outdoor seating, so you can dine alfresco among the fields.

Nestled on 65 acres, there are trails on the property to walk or just enjoy the refreshing breeze on the open farmland. There is a private dock with pedal boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards on this quiet lake that does not allow loud motorized boats or jet skis. This lake is for those looking for tranquility. Perfect for taking a dip in the summer and getting the true outdoor experience. It’s the ultimate private retreat. We provide a golf cart for you to get around Highland Woods Farm to get you quickly to the lake and take in the incredible scenery.


Location
Located in the Grey Highlands, the nearest town is Flesherton which has a grocery store, LCBO and a lovely coffee shop, a cheese and butcher shop, and restaurants. We love Hearts Grey County. An incredible restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area and amazing wine selection.
