This two-story duplex with direct and private beach access is nothing but the perfect home away from home for your next beach-cation! Three bedrooms make this beach abode ideal for families, groups, and couples alike. Plus, it's dog-friendly, which means your lovely family dogs get to enjoy the beach as well. The first floor of the duplex features a living/dining area with a table for four, a sofa, and a TV. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. There are two bedrooms on this level, one from which you can easily access the beach through a private boardwalk. The main bedroom is located upstairs, along with a full en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and double vanity. This bedroom also features a private balcony with gorgeous views.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice location

It was nice to hear the ocean and loved the private boardwalk. It could have been a wonderful Thanksgiving trip.

Location is just Right

Location Location Location!!! Stayed here 2 years ago. Yes it needs some TLC however just walk out the back door onto the beach!

Weeks Vacation

We spend the week on beautiful N Topsail and I would have to say it was one of the best vacations we have had in the states. The condo was clean and perfect place for sleeping. We are beach people so we did not spend a lot of time inside. Until next time Topsail!

The townhouse was in a great location, and we could be on the beach in less than a minute. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no place to sit outside and be able to see the beach. No upper deck. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Not What I expected

Overgrown weeds in front. Very damp, musty odor in garage. Several light fixtures did not work. Bathroom fan had 1/4" dust build up. Toilet seat was very loose. Rust on some fixtures. A fly strip was in the small bedroom. After first night bugs were present in this bedroom. Multiple spiderwebs throughout condo. A spider was in a web in the small bedroom. The garage flooded twice with 5-6" of water. Had to wade water to get out of main entrance. 3 sets of our golf clubs were in standing water. Took several hours for water to recede. No iron or ironing board. No extra clothes hangers. Black substance on HVAC vents throughout condo. My guess it was mold. Rear garage man door handle was almost rusted off. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Kitchen was clean. I have rented several properties through VRBO and this is by far the least desirable unit we have stayed at. I do not recommend this unit.
