The Space:
Large master bedroom with king bed & private bath only accessible through master.
Two bedrooms with queen beds. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Open kitchen with large dining table overlooking the pool. Fabulous outdoor living space with pool & spa. New deck with gulf views to watch the sunsets.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire private, spacious home. Fenced backyard with tropical oasis, gorgeous hardscaping around a new pool & spa.

The Neighborhood:
Wonderful East End local vibe in a classic beachy neighborhood walking distance to the gulf, the lagoon, Finn's, Liza's Kitchen, Rick Seltzer state park, and more, this well loved home is a fantastic spot to call your home away from home. Golf cart rentals will deliver for your stay, then jet over to St. Andrew's State park for incredible sunsets snorkeling the night away, grab a pontoon at Lagoon Pontoons, jet ski over to Shell Island or chill out at Schooners and watch the sunset.

Getting Around:
Park in driveway or along the side of the home. Easy access from airport by Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Golf cart not included due to insurance liability. Spa is not available to guest and pool can not be heated. Please note, only starter amenities are provided, you will need to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent etc.
