My name is Jasmine, I was born and raised in Germany. I fell in love with this beautiful island (and now my husband and two kids) about 13 years ago and have been living here ever since.

I have been active in the high-end service industry for all my life, starting out at Mercedes Benz back in Germany. I will give my very best to make your stay with us most wonderful and memorable.

In my free time, I love the outdoors and hiking with friends and family. Of course, I also enjoy the beautiful beaches on our island.

At the beachfront, we get a beautiful view of our neighbor island Anguilla. The water gets especially warm in this channel between Saint Martin and Anguilla, which is why whales come to breed here in season.

I enjoy the special moment when seeing a sea turtle or a sting ray while snorkeling.

Last but not least, I enjoy the star gazing at night.

Terres Basses is private, secure and ideally located on the island to reach restaurants, bars, boutiques etc. within a short drive.

There is just a handful of comparable beachfront properties on all of Saint Martin. Although legally there are no private beaches on the island, it is in fact a private beach.
