The Location
The house is five minutes south of Jamaica Beach, Texas, which is one of the most popular beach towns and sought-after private neighborhoods for beach vacation rentals. Jamaica Beach is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston but still a quick drive to the island’s historic strand shopping, food, and attractions. The house boasts an open concept floor plan, natural light and views of the ocean from anywhere in the house. Let your troubles melt away at Magnolia Beach!

The Space:
The entire home was recently renovated and provides the perfect location for your beach vacation with the whole family, friends, and children of all ages. Enjoy two spacious bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms and a conveniently located third full bathroom off the living room, which is perfect for extra guests. Every room is designed with our guests in mind. We provide all the comforts of home including paper towels, soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry cubes - just bring your swimsuit!

Magnolia Beach includes:

-Private primary suite with king bed with en-suite double vanity bathroom
-Full size bed and full bunk bed in second bedroom with en-suite single vanity bathroom

The house is five minutes south of Jamaica Beach, Texas, which includes a local grocery store, restaurants, gas and a liquor store. Karankawa Beach is a two minute walk from the front door! With no car traffic allowed and limited public entry, the nearly private beach is steps from the front door and is the perfect private oasis for your beach vacation! The fully stocked local grocery store including fresh seafood and next door restaurant is a short walk away!
