Enjoy life as a Villager and partake in all the activities and fun that this community provides. You can play golf, pickleball, swim, walk on the beautiful walking paths nearby, enjoy 3 squares that have live music every night of the year, and eat at the many restaurants. This house comes with a golf cart for your use to cruise around in "The Villages" style.
This is a PET FREE HOME

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Great stay!

This property was very clean, comfortable, and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed the location and having access to the golf cart included to get around to the nearby recreation centers, Publix, and fuel station. The kitchenette was well furnished to make any home cooked meal. Our communication with booking, checking in and out was excellent!!

The front door code didn't work. We got on the line with someone and they couldn't get it to work. We only were able to get in because, with three tries, we figured out the four digit code to open the garage. We suggest that you notify the owners that it was way to figure out the garage door code and if they are concerned with safety they should change it.

Just as expected

Easy to work with, as described and fully stocked. Only thing I don’t personally like is plug in scent products but I know some do.

Visiting relatives in The Villages

It was very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. We actually met the owner who was very friendly and accommodating.
