The huge outdoor living space features 2 gas fire pits, outdoor dining, and a 6 to 8 person private hot tub. The whole family will enjoy playing shuffleboard and pool in the garage game room! You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
