This no-smoking, no-pets property is beautifully decorated and offers two bedrooms. The master with adjoining bath has a king bed with cozy linens, a TV with streaming capabilities, and plenty of closet and drawer storage. The adjoining full master bath provides a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more. No need to pack it all.
In the guest room, you have your choice of a king bed or two twins. Just let us know your preference. It also has a streaming TV and plenty of closet space. A second bathroom is just outside the guest room and is supplied like the master bath.
The open planned living area has a high end queen sleeper sofa, 65" inch smart TV and stylish seating for 6. With new LVP, paint and bathroom counters, the condo is beautifully updated and inviting. Make some popcorn and settle in with throw blankets and cushy pillows for a movie or game night. You will find games, puzzles and books to enjoy. Our bar corner has a cocktail set and a large selection of glasses to choose from depending upon your libation of choice.
Our dining room table accommodates 6 or you can sit at the bar and spread out a bit more. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, pots and pans, baking sheets, slow cooker, a dual drip and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, a Britta for fresh drinking water, and many spices and cooking oil. There is also an electric grill on the patio. No need to go out if you want to cook at "home". Make sure you see what is offered before shopping.
An in-unit laundry is handy; laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. Pool towels, 2 camp chairs, and a small cooler will be ready for your adventures off site. A Pak-n-Play, changing pad, outlet covers, and children's dinnerware is ready for a family stay.
Our condo is extremely clean with mattress protector sleeves covering all beds and pillows. Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere.
The Rec Area/hot tub is open year round, but the HOA does stop heating the POOL during the coldest months of the year.
Our location is 1/2 mile from the Wolf Creek Golf Course and very close to many other world class courses. The Eureka and Virgin River Casinos, Smith's grocery, and many local eats are about a mile away. Just a bit further down the road is the Mesquite Recreational Center with its newly built pickle ball courts, full workout facilities, and indoor and outdoor pools. There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays, senior games, and more. Guests have access to pool, hot tub, and workout facilities. The HOA has one free covered parking for you, and many available uncovered parking spots and RV parking for your toys. There is also an “on property” electric grill, and a community grill and eating area with a BEAUTIFUL SUNSET-VIEW. Below the community property is a beautiful park for a walk or play time for the kids. Just follow the paved sidewalk on both the north and south side of the property for a short walk to Marilyn Redd park.

HawkRidge Condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests. Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction. Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the community grill/gazebo.
The proximity of the condos to Marilyn Redd Park is a HUGE bonus to those staying at Hawk Ridge. There are sand volleyball courts, bbq/picnic pavilion with tables, shaded covered playground, basketball court, sand pit with diggers, a gigantic lawn for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, frisbee, or anything else you can do with gorgeous green grass. It is all surrounded by a concrete sidewalk that links it to the condos as well as the rest of town.
Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware. Mesquite's Recreational Center is not only a quality facility, but very affordable for visiting guests. Located about 1.5 miles from the condo, it is a great opportunity to have an even larger outdoor pool/indoor pool, raquetball/pickelball opportunities, basketball courts, free weights, circuit training equipment, and all the cardio toys you need. Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more. Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless. Mesquite is a wonderful place to live or visit.

TV - Our smart TV allows local cable and access to APPS from your personal account. Simply sign on with your sign-on information for the apps to which you have access. Please remember to sign out of your APPS at checkout. We also have cable.
The lights and fans are run via remote. If you try to turn the lights and fan on and off with the wall switches, you will be disappointed. All switches should stay in the "ON" position and turning the fan and lights on with the remote is essential.
Pool/hot tub - The pool is located at the front of the condominium complex as you came in. Lost key fob for the pool will result in $200 replacement fee from the security deposit.
Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. POOL OPEN, hot tub and rec area are closed during Covid restrictions.
Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.
House rules: please remove shoes. Thank you!
